DELIVERY

 

Le Corti di Filippo Re carries out product/s deliveries ordered by the client according to the conditions specifically indicated in this section. Le Corti di Filippo Re has managed the evasion of the order, that is, the delivery of the package to the courier, within 48 hours for all the products ordered before 12:00. Orders receieved after 12:00 will be processed the following day. The shipments occur from Monday to Thursday. Received orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

 

Shipments are only sent to countries that are a part of the European Union:

-Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Mellila)

Deliveries are also sent to the Republic of San Marin and Vatican City.

Free delivery in Italy: for all orders over € 100 amount with delivery in Italy, will be automatically reset the cost of delivery. You haven’t got to do anything, everything will be automatic.

Free deliveries abroad: for all orders over € 150 amount with shipment abroad, shipping costs will be reset by typing the code KK553FPQ in the row under the basket good.

The delivery to clients, aside from unexpected conditions independent of the actions of Le Corti di Filippo Re, will happen indicatively within 24/48 hours from the evasion of the order for all of Italy, excluding Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and minor islands, to which orders will be sent within 48/72 hours.

 

Regarding countries in the European Union:

-  in the case of those using UPS STANDARD (sent via truck), the delivery will arrive from 1 to 5 days from the shipment of the order, depending upon its final destination.

-  in the case of those using UPS EXPRESS SAVER (sent via air), the delivery will arrive within 24/48 hours from the shipment of the order, depending upon its final destination.

 

For deliveries Le Corti di Filippo Re uses the UPS courier. In case the courier does not find the destination or those indicated for the delivery, the delivery will be in effect for an additional 3 days.

 

The delivery of WINES are allowed exclusively in Italian territory.

 

The prices of transport is calculated individually according to the weight of the shipment, the country of destination, and the type of service selected (UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver). The total amount of the order will be visible before the final confirmation of the order.

 

All of the merchandise is shipped at our risk. In the case of damaging, we ask clients to contact our Client Services, by sending an email to customercare@ferrarinishop.it, within 7 business days after receiving the shipment.
